Shipping costs vary depending on furniture piece quantity, weight, and delivery destination. We offer customer catered, custom shipping quotes to ensure the best possible prices on your church furniture shipping. INSPECT YOUR ITEMS: Signing the delivery ticket is signing a legal document. Make sure you have opened the boxes and inspected all of the items first. Signing the delivery ticket states that you have inspected the items and that their condition was approved and accepted by you. Any product complaints aside from specified warranty coverage will not be accepted if delivery ticket has been signed prior to complaint.

We offer free shipping on all of our acrylic pulpits to the continental US. Most acrylic pulpits ship fully assembled. Please refer to specific product pages for detailed product information such as assembly required.

Portable Baptistry

Shipping for Baptistries

Shipping for permanent and portable baptistries are custom quoted based on size, weight and option packages chosen by customer. There is an additional $150.00 fee to properly crate baptistries for safe shipping. Please contact a member of our Church Furniture Consultation Team for specific information regarding the shipping of your baptistry.

Services and Responsibilities

As a Christian company, we will do our very best to get your furniture to you as quickly and safely as possible. In the interest of safety and maintaining a quality shipping experience, we ask that you have volunteers from your church present in assisting the unloading of your materials.

You can also pick up your furniture at our warehouse, located in Rocky Mount, Virginia. Carriers may charge extra for white glove/lift gate services or may not offer them at all. It is important that you specify to us if you require these services. Delivery-time communication is subject to vary based upon the practices of the outside carriers.

Rush Delivery
  • If you are in a rush, we offer a rush delivery service where we will put your order on a FedEx Freight or UPS Freight truck and get it out to you ASAP! There is an additional charge for this, please see our price guide or ask your salesperson. In most cases, the extra cost is minimal, but it means fast delivery to you. In either case, we will work hard to get your furniture to you as soon as we can, by whatever method is best!
Liftgate Service
  • If you request RUSH SERVICE, this is typically offered by LTL Trucking (other companies), and they offer tailgate delivery only. That means they will help get the items off the truck, but you will be required to have at least 2 men to help unload.
Damaged Goods

  • As with all items shipped by truck, you are responsible to open and inspect the furniture WHILE THE DRIVER IS PRESENT! If you see any damages, you MUST make a note on the delivery ticket WHILE THE DRIVER IS PRESENT. If you sign the ticket and find hidden damage later, you will be responsible to have the damage repaired at your expense. If you discover damage and make the notation WHILE THE DRIVER IS PRESENT, we will review your claim and work closely to find a solution.
Location Restrictions
  • Our commercial delivery trucks and shipping partners will ship to churches, synagogues and businesses but will NOT ship to a home or residential address.
