Most items we
offer are manufactured to customer specifications and cannot be
returned. If items are damaged in shipping, please make a
notation on the shipping ticket before the driver leaves, then
contact us for replacement instructions.
With management
approval, non-custom items may be returned if they are in new
condition. Customer must pay shipping costs both ways
(including items that are sent with "free shipping") and a 25%
restocking fee. Contact your representative for information and
a return authorization number before returning any items.
