Returns Policy

Most items we offer are manufactured to customer specifications and cannot be returned. If items are damaged in shipping, please make a notation on the shipping ticket before the driver leaves, then contact us for replacement instructions.

With management approval, non-custom items may be returned if they are in new condition. Customer must pay shipping costs both ways (including items that are sent with "free shipping") and a 25% restocking fee. Contact your representative for information and a return authorization number before returning any items. A store credit will be offered for any remaining balance.

As an alternative, you can also consider selling the furniture on our Used Church Furniture website, where there are hundreds of churches looking every day. You can also try on Craigslist. Both options are without cost to you.

Baptistry Heater Returns

Baptistry heaters are tested before shipping. Very few are defective.

Baptistry heaters and accessories can be exchanged if found defective within 15 days of purchase, without added expense.

If not defective, heaters can be returned within 15 days by paying a restocking fee (25%) and shipping costs both ways, so long as you are ordering a replacement heater and the first heater is in new condition.

Heaters have a manufacturer's warranty, typically 1 year. Visit ChurchRite for warranty info.

Heaters which have been improperly wired are not considered defective and are not returnable. Heaters operated without water present will be damaged and cannot be returned. Replacement parts may be available if you damage your heater.

Many warranty issues can be solved over the phone or email. Please contact us if you have questions.

For returns that are not defective, a 25% restocking fee, plus shipping costs, will be applied. A store credit will be offered. For all returns, call our office for a return authorization (RA) number - 540-484-4913. If you attempt to return a heater with an RA number on the package, it will be refused and returned to you.
