Check for damages before you sign the delivery ticket. Signing the delivery ticket is SIGNING A LEGAL DOCUMENT. If it is damaged in shipping and you fail to make a note on the ticket, you have just bought damaged furniture!

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We offer free shipping on some items, and low cost delivery on others.

We will provide FREE SHIPPING for your pulpit furniture to the 48 Continental USA. Your furniture must ship on one of our company trucks and will take 4-6 weeks for delivery in some cases. In many cases, delivery will be sooner! Our trucks run routes to different states so if we are coming to your state next week, you will get the furniture next week. If we just were there last week, then it may be 4-6 weeks before we come again. At times we may need for our production department to build the furniture, again up to 4 weeks. Ask your representative for the time frame. Rush delivery is available for an additional cost.

The Free Shipping is a limited time offer and may expire at any time without notice. Act fast!

REGULAR DELIVERY - DAMAGED GOODS AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

On items that are shipped by common carrier we use firms such as Fed Ex, FedEx Freight, UPS, Shelba Johnson, Landstar, as well as a variety of other firms. Care is taken to carefully package and prepare your new items so they will arrive in good condition. However there is always a possibility that damage may occur in transit.

With all items shipped by truck, you are responsible to open and inspect the furniture WHILE THE DRIVER IS PRESENT! If you see any damages, you MUST make a note on the delivery ticket WHILE THE DRIVER IS PRESENT. If you sign the ticket and find hidden damage later, you will be responsible to have the damage repaired at your expense. If you discover damage and make the notation WHILE THE DRIVER IS PRESENT, we will file the claim and provide replacements at no cost to you.

If damage is minor, such as chairs bent or damaged upholstery items, we can send you replacements. Do not refuse delivery, we will help you obtain replacements as needed. (Be sure to mark the ticket that goods are damaged). If there is major damage, with most items damaged, you may refuse the shipment if you wish.

LIFTGATE SERVICES

Many of our items are large, heavy and bulky. You will need 2 or more men to meet the truck and assist in off-loading and to bring items inside. If we are using our truck for delivery, our driver will also help. If you cannot have at least 2 men to help, we can request LIFTGATE service from the trucking company for $100 additional. With LIFTGATE service, the truck driver and one man from the church can get most items into the door. This does not include setup of the furniture.
